Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To secure your media wall build date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The deposit confirms your booking and allows us to allocate materials, labour, and scheduling specifically for your project.

• If you cancel your booking within 30 days of your scheduled build date, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled build date may be eligible for a deposit refund, subject to any costs already incurred.

• Deposits are non-transferable to other dates or projects unless agreed in writing by M&C Media Walls & Interiors.

• Any request to cancel or reschedule must be made in writing (email or message) to ensure it is properly recorded.

• In the unlikely event that M&C Media Walls & Interiors must cancel your build, any deposit paid will be fully refunded.

By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
